The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. The ideal candidate for this position has prior barista or food service experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential. This is a part-time or full-time position, with flexible scheduling options.
The Key Holder is responsible for opening and closing the coffee shop, managing the team, and ensuring that the shop runs smoothly during their shift. The Key Holder can perform the Barista duties. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience in a leadership role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn are essential. This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options, including weekends and holidays.
